Legal Toolkit

This Legal Toolkit is a comprehensive set of resources designed to accompany the first Legal Tools to Protect Coastal Environments Workshop on June 18-20, 2008 in Traverse City Michigan.  Below, you will find folders containing workshop information, background on the project partners and an introduction to environmental law.  These folders are followed by a series of topic folders, ranging from critical dunes to invasive species.  In each of the topic folders, you will find a topic summary, a topic resource list and files containing each of the accompanying resources.  The files are numbered to indicate the order in which they should be reviewed.
