Howe teaches World Regional Geography at Northwestern Michigan College. It is a semester packed with discussion on the major issues of our time, in regions of the world many students know little about.
This class isn't what you expect from a geography class. Students are asked to critically think about different regions of the world, and then to analyze information into a format of an interconnected world. Being able to articulate that understanding is the ultimate goal.
