Eastern Michigan University ceasing operations at UC

TRAVERSE CITY — Eastern Michigan University has announced that it is ceasing operations at the NMC University Center effective October 3, 2016.

"On behalf of NMC and the citizens of this region, we appreciate the many years of EMU's service and contributions through the UC partnership. We certainly recognize the changing conditions and priorities each partner considers in determining their tenure as part of the UC. In future, as priorities permit, we would welcome your return. Let me take this opportunity to recognize Jacqui Frensley's support and service to students and community members alike. We wish her, and all of you, good fortune in your continuing endeavors."
