Enjoy a day of demonstrations and food discover at Hagerty Center, overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. Area chefs and specialty food businesses dish up cooking tips and techniques, while you enjoy tasty samples. Each hour highlights four workshops—you select your favorite 4 of the 16 options.

Returning presenters include Chefs Stephanie Wiitala and Jonathan Dayton (S2S), Chef Janene Silverman (Raduno) and Kim Fish (The Cheese Lady), along with many new chefs and experts:

  • Pick up professional skills from Chef Adam Raupp (Mission Table/Jolly Pumpkin)
  • Get meat tips from the butcher’s wife, Stephanie Wilson (Maxbauer Meats)
  • Explore the many uses of chilies with Bryon Figueroa (Figs)
  • Savor tantalizing flavors of the Mediterranean with Jess Korson (Ziatun Café)
  • Rethink lunch options with Karan Josephus (Bill Marsh’s Cruisin’ Café).
  • Add sweets, bread making, vegetarian options and much more for a wonderful day!
