It is time to treat yourself to a Thursday night out at the Dennos Museum--after hours. The culture in which we are immersed keeps us flying through what seems to be an endless cycle of perpetual multitasking. We start to feel a yearning for a RESET, renewal--a recalibration of our lives. Join yoga and wellness teacher, Mari Dew, in this new moon circle in the Promenade (new gallery), and work with intention on becoming grounded, balanced and centered. Through breath-work, yoga, mantra and meditation, begin to settle your mind, and awaken your spirit. No prior experience necessary, bring a blanket and yoga mat.
