Flexible schedule, Orientation Oct. 25, 3 pm The original Hot Yoga: 105 degrees, 26 poses and two breathing exercises. Meets for 90 minutes, three times per week on a flexible schedule. There are 26 class meeting times throughout the week, all with supportive, passionate and professionally trained yoga teachers. Classes are offered during the daytime, evening, and weekends.
