Looking for a more intense workout? Do you wish to develop strength, flexibility, tone and balance, along with a cardiovascular workout? In every class, you will experience the original Hot Yoga: 105 degrees, 26 poses and two breathing exercises. Meets for 90 minutes per class on a flexible schedule. There are 25 class meeting times throughout the week, all with supportive, professionally trained yoga teachers. Classes are offered during the daytime, evening and weekends.
