Rise of the Asian Tigers: Lessons for Beijing
TRAVERSE CITY — Frankfort-based business executive Lowell "Jep" Gruman draws on 30 years of experience to tell the remarkable story of Asia's rise to prosperity and what it tells us about China's explosive development today in a lecture February 20, at 6 p.m. in Milliken Auditorium.

The eight-part International Affairs Forum series brings diplomats, policy makers, journalists and others from all over the globe to Milliken Auditorium. All programs begin with a reception in the Sculpture Court of the Dennos Museum Center at 5:15 p.m. and are followed at 6 p.m. by the lecture and a discussion period in Milliken Auditorium.
The winter-spring portion of the lecture series will begins Feb. 20. The four lectures scheduled from February through May all will focus on Asia, culminating in a two-day conference on China in June 2014. Read more »
