Temporary Refund/Credit Policy as of March 16, 2020:

As always, you will be refunded 100% of the cost of any class that NMC has to cancel before it begins.

FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES FOR ADULTS

Online classes are continuing to run. Face-to-Face classes are paused until further notice. Stay connected with us on Facebook and Enews for updates.

If you were enrolled in a class which met 50% or more of its scheduled sessions as of March 16, 2020, you have been issued a partial credit for a future class, good for up to one year. These are kept on file in the office, please call when you are ready to apply them to a future class.

If you were enrolled in a class which met less than 50% of its scheduled sessions as of March 16, you will receive a 100% refund (most of these refunds are already processed, check refunds take longer than credit card refunds).

If you enrolled in a face-to-face class which was scheduled to begin between March 16-May 30, but was canceled before it started, you will receive a 100% refund in the coming weeks. We will make every effort to process credit card refunds by April 10. Check refunds may take an additional 3 weeks.

CAMPUS DAY

Originally scheduled for Friday, May 8th, Spring Campus Day is cancelled. Those enrolled will receive full refunds as soon as possible. Registration for Fall Campus Day, scheduled for Friday, October 9th, begins in a few months. Stay connected with us on Facebook and Enews for updates.

COLLEGE FOR KIDS & GRASP READING AND MATH PROGRAM

We have a great line-up of summer classes for kids scheduled for June, July and August. At this time, we are continuing to closely monitor Michigan’s COVID-19 status and the governor's Stay Home Stay Safe order. We will communicate any changes to our current summer programs as needed. Registration will begin at nmc.edu/kids when we have more information about our ability to serve you. Stay connected with us on Facebook and Enews for updates.
