NMC Transfer Guide

To: Central Michigan University - Main Campus

Program: Athletic training/Sports Medicine

This program provides professional preparation for students aspiting to be BOC certified atheltic trainers. Certification is obtained by successful completion of an annual test conducted by the N.A.T.A. Because of the specific nature of this program and the amount of internship hours required, it is recommended that the student transfer after one year. This program will take from three-and-a-half to four years after admittance to complete. We recommend you call CMU prior to transfer.

If you wish to complete MACRAO, see requirements for an Associate of Science/Arts degree. If you do not complete MACRAO you may continue work on the block option for Gen. Ed. reserved for transfer students at CMU.
