NMC Transfer Guide - MTA

To: Ferris State University - University Center and Main Campus

Program: Business Administration

The major in Business Administration is designed to prepare individuals for the rapidly changing nature of the work environment in business, government and nonprofit organizations, equipping graduates not only for entry-level positions but for advancement as well. The program builds upon a solid core of business courses, featuring a tight sequence of major courses; however, the program also provides the flexibility to specialize in an area of interest or to obtain a minor through a careful selection of the College of Business electives and free electives. A major in business administration is also valuable as a preparation for law school. The FSU college of business is a candidate for ASBSP (Associate of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs) accreditation.
