NMC Transfer Guide - MTA

To: Ferris State University - Main Campus

Program: Construction Technology & Management

"Construction is the largest industry in the United States. Properly trained, ambitious people can anticipate eventual leadership positions in the following fields: General contracting (project manager, expediter, office manager, construction supervisor, owner contractor, developer, estimator); architecture (field inspector, project coordinator, estimator); materials and equipment (sales representative, product research, development); subcontracting; home building; and trade associations. The construction management program is nationally accredited through the American Council of Construction Education, making it one of the premier programs in the U.S.

It is strongly recommended you make contact with Ferris and the Construction program as early in your academic career as possible. Due to the nature of the program, and the limited number of classes you can take at NMC, students should consider transferring as early as possible. (231) 591-3773
