Fall semester starts August 28

All broad pandemic orders by the State of Michigan expired July 1, 2021. Fall semester classes start Aug. 28 and will be offered in a variety of formats based on student demand. NMC has also moved to embrace more flexible work options, including remote work. Read more about NMC Reimagining Work team and its guiding principles.

COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan Training

NMC has created an Exposure Control Plan training program that all NMC employees are required to take before returning to campus. The training's purpose is to ensure that employees are able to keep themselves, their colleagues, students and visitors as safe as possible by following NMC’s Exposure Control Plan, CDC recommendations and Federal and State guidelines for preventing and reducing the spread of COVID-19. As of June 2021, domestic travel is no longer restricted, although international travel is.
