High School Services

In partnership with area secondary institutions, Outreach Services will provide qualified students the opportunity and support to earn transferable college credits and obtain degree completion through a rigorous course of study based on the standards of excellence and curriculum delivery for which Northwestern Michigan College is well known.

What is Dual Enrollment?

What is early college?

Early College is a program for high school students within the Grand Traverse region to earn college credits by completing course work at their home high schools, the Traverse Bay Area Career-Tech Center, at Northwestern Michigan College, via online and blended learning environments. Learn More »

What is Direct credit/Concurrent enrollment?

Direct Credit/Concurrent Enrollment – Courses are college classes offered at your high school during the regular school day and taught by high school teachers who have been credentialed as college instructors.
