NMC Runner’s Club - Spring Session 2012
Session Starts: January 16, 2012
- Running 101 (Beginners)
- Running 102 (Intermediate)
Meet In Basement of East Hall
Mondays, 7pm: The main focus for this session is to help anyone who is interested in starting to run improve their form and build their strength. These sessions will most focus on Cardio Workouts to build your endurance. The workouts are flexible to allow you to go at your own pace.
Meet in Fish Bowl of East Hall
Wednesdays 7pm: This is an intermediate session for anyone who is already a seasoned runner. These sessions will consist of Hills, Speed/Intervals, and Boot Camp Nights. With these workouts you will be able to go at your own pace as well, but there are significantly higher expectations to meet than in Running 101.
