Phone Appointment Form

This form is primarily for students taking online classes.

In order to receive assistance from the Writing & Reading Center (WRC) via our submission form, you must be able to have a day and time during our open center hours that you can speak with someone on the phone about your paper. This typically will take 30 to 60 minutes.

As sometimes the WRC can get busy, please give us at least two business days before your desired phone conference times in order to a find an open time slot. Once we do, we will call to confirm your phone appointment time. Note: If you do not hear back from us within two days (and likely by noon of the next business day), please call us to confirm that we received your submission form.

Please fill out all information, and follow the directions for submitting your paper. Your paper must be in .rtf, .doc or .docx format. Please double-space it and number the pages/paragraphs. Again, once we receive this form and your draft, we will call you to confirm your phone appointment time.

Questions? Contact the Writing & Reading Center at (231) 995-1189 or writingcenter@nmc.edu
