applied project management - $1,950

Tuesdays, March 10 - May 19, 2020; 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

Every organization has experienced the high cost and waste of poor planning. A disciplined approach to project management can greatly reduce the pains of decreasing customer satisfaction, project cost overruns, and schedule and deployment delays. Following the Project Management Book of Knowledge, our Applied Project Management program is an Active Learning Model (ALM)-based course where participants learn tools and techniques for planning, executing and monitoring strategic initiatives. Participants apply their learning in real-time by working on a case study.

The Leadership Development Program is designed to meet the needs of developing leaders and supervisors with flexible content based on organizational needs. It will help your leaders to become more competent and confident, resulting in improved employee engagement and satisfaction, a more productive workforce, and reduced turnover. Following our Active Learning Model (ALM), learners practice skills in class and between classes by applying their learning to the workplace through simple assigned tasks. The routine of learn, practice, and apply is supported throughout expert one-on-one coaching.
