The Bachelor of Arts (or Bachelor of Science) degree in Social Studies with elementary education provides the student with certification to teach grades K-5 (all subjects, any grade) and grades 6-8 in the Social Studies area. All courses required for the program are available from the Traverse City site.

This program is offered in a cohort format, please contact the GVSU office to inquire about the anticipated start of a new cohort
