Liberal Studies

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science

Grand Valley State University

Building around a core of required courses, you will work with a faculty advisor to design a program to suit your specific interests, talents, and career aspirations.  In some cases past coursework from various institutions can be used to craft an emphasis. The major prepares students for jobs that require a broad background, research skills,  advanced critical thinking skills and intercultural awareness. This degree is an excellent option in  preparation for graduate school.
