BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Liberal Studies courses - except Composition - must be taken outside the department in which the student is completing a first major or minor, unless major/minor is interdepartmental (e.g. Social Science). At least 3 Liberal Studies credits must be taken at the 300 level or above, chosen from Liberal Studies list of electives at NMU.
