NMC Transfer Guide

The following classes will meet most of the general education requirements at Wayne State University (WSU). Specific majors may require courses which could be counted toward general education, but are not offered at NMC. Please speak with a counselor at NMC and make contact with WSU as early in your academic career as possible.

Admission Criteria

  1. 2.0 GPA if Associates in Science and Arts is completed. The GPA may be higher depending on major.
  2. 2.5 if ASA degree is not completed. The GPA may be higher depending upon major
  3. WSU is a MTA member, and it would be to your advantage to complete the Michigan Transfer Agreement. Speak with a counselor for details.
