'Operation M,' March 11, 1955:
NMC faculty/staff and students move the campus from temporary quarters
at the Traverse City airport to the front street campus.

The NMC Archives, located downstairs in the Mark and Helen Osterlin Library on the main campus, attempts to preserve the history of the college in organized and accessible form. Pictures and posters, scrapbooks and yearbooks, minutes and memorabilia-and much more- are available for research. But please note that this is a non-circulating collection; materials are for use in the reading areas of the Library. And since the Archives does not enjoy regular hours, you should make an appointment for use with Ann Swaney at 231-995-1016 or <aswaney@nmc.edu>.
