NMC Technology Help Desk

We're here to help!

NMC's Technology Help Desk provides first-tier technical support and connection to second-tier technical support for NMC faculty, staff, and students in assisting with their computer and telecommunications needs.

We gladly support the following NMC hardware and software applications: Google Email and apps, Self-Service, Banner, computer hardware/software, printing, audio/visual classroom projection, bandwidth, eLearning (Moodle, Ensemble), lecture capture, password/login issues, voice technology, web, and academic applications.

AFTER-HOURS SUPPORT - NMC works with Black Belt Help (BBH) to cover Help Desk after-hours support during the week and weekend. The Technology Help Desk offers 24/7 coverage with the support of BBH, who will answer calls when Technology Help Desk Support is not available on weekday evenings, weekends, or Holidays. 

However, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) setup (including SMS, NETIQ/OPENTEXT, YubiKey, and TOTP - Google Authenticator, etc.) and troubleshooting are conducted only during normal business hours.  If you are locked out of your MFA, please contact the after-hours services to determine when you will have access again.

  • Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: Closed
  • After-hours support during the semester provided 24/7 by Black Belt Help (see above for details)
