NMC Bookstore: Finding Books

Use the following steps to find the correct books for your classes:

1. From your class schedule you will need
   * the course code number (e.g. 3769)
   * the catalog number (e.g. ENG 111)
2. Upon entering the Bookstore, locate the appropriate section according to the catalog number, for example ENG
3. Within your section, locate the appropriate set of shelf tags according to your catalog number, for example ENG 111
4. Within the set of shelf tags with the same catalog number, locate the correct shelf tag by matching your course code number with the corresponding shelf tag, for example:

5. Your books are listed on the shelf tag you have located and placed on the shelf above the shelf tag
• Required - you need to purchase this book for your class
• Optional - you do not have to purchase this book at this time. You will receive further instructions from your instructor
6. Once you have selected your books proceed to obtain the necessary classroom supplies or to the customer check-out area
