Apartments

NMC offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on campus. These apartments are designated for students 21 years of age and older and students with families. All apartments are non-smoking and pet-free.

Our apartments are unfurnished and equipped with major kitchen appliances. Basic utilities are included in the rent. There are laundry facilities located on the first level of our buildings. Parking is available for tenants and guests.
