A Taste of Success

Thank you for joining us for A Taste of Success To Go! This event featured a delicious around-the-world cuisine tour from charcuterie through dessert. All of the food was prepared by Great Lakes Culinary Institute students.


  • 1 Charcuterie Box (sampling of assorted charcuterie items and accompaniments)
  • 1 Taste of Lobdell’s Soup (16 oz serving of soup and garnish)
  • 1 Global Tour Box (includes a sampling of dishes from Asia, Latin America, Europe and the Mediterranean regions; reheating instructions will accompany any item that should be served hot.)
  • 1 Dessert Box (crafted by our baking and pastry students)

Thank you for being part of making culinary education possible for students — all proceeds from the event benefit students through scholarships and program support.
