Taste of Garde Manger

Canape photoJoin us in Lobdell's, A Teaching Restaurant on Friday, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. and enjoy a four-course appetizer tasting menu featuring creations by students in Chef Jim Morse's Garde Manger class.

Teams of two students will be highlighting key concepts from the class and preparing dishes inspired by specific chosen themes. Their delectable creations will be served family style for sharing at the table. A cash bar and wine pairing suggestions will also be offered.

A portion of your ticket price will go to the NMC Foundation to support scholarship opportunities for Great Lakes Culinary Institute students.
