Taste of Garde Manger
Thank you for joining us in Lobdell's, A Teaching Restaurant on Dec. 10, 2021 and enjoying a four-course appetizer tasting menu featuring creations by students in Chef Jim Morse's Garde Manger class.
Teams of two students highlighted key concepts from the class and prepared dishes inspired by specific chosen themes. Their delectable creations were served family style for sharing at the table. A cash bar and wine pairing suggestions were also offered.
A portion of your ticket price went to the NMC Foundation to support scholarship opportunities for Great Lakes Culinary Institute students.
