East Hall Rates
Rates include basic cable television, internet access and fitness center membership.
Double Occupancy
$5,750 per academic year ($2,875 per semester)
Single Occupancy - Not Guaranteed
$6,200 per academic year ($3,100 per semester)
Meal Plans
A meal plan is required for all East Hall residents.
Option One
$3,600 per academic year ($1,800 due at beginning of each semester)
Option Two
$3,000 per academic year ($1,500 due at the beginning of each semester)
Option Three
$2,600 per academic year ($1,300 due at beginning of each semester)
Balances transfer from fall semester to spring semester ONLY. Meal plans are non-refundable after the third week of class.
The Meal Plan Option amount selected is loaded onto the student's school ID. Each cafeteria purchase made is deducted from the current account balance.
