North Hall Rates
The following rates are proposed and subject to change.
Rates include basic cable, internet and fitness center membership.
Double Occupancy
$6,000 per academic year ($3,000 per semester)
Single Occupancy
$6,800 per academic year ($3,400 per semester)
Meal Plans
A meal plan is not a requirement for North Hall, but is certainly available if desired. Please enter desired amount in the housing application/contract process. Learn more about Meal Plans here.
