Drew Kostic was a United States Marine, a Traverse City resident and attended NMC. This scholarship was established in his memory by the board of 22 2 None which exists to raise awareness and provide support to end veteran suicide.
The goal of the scholarship is to provide assistance to veterans and actively serving military members while they are working toward their higher education. It is the hope of 22 2 None to ease some of the financial burden to allow our heroes to focus on achieving education and career goals.
The Staff Sergeant Drew Kostic Veterans’ Scholarship provides financial assistance (including tuition, room, board, and books) to NMC students with financial need, enrolled in at least six credit hours, have a GPA of 2.8 or better, and are veterans (honorably discharged or currently serving).
