Boardman Lake Campus

(formerly known as the University Center)

The Boardman Lake campus was purchased by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians in January, 2026. To allow for the relocation of college offices still on the campus, NMC is leasing back space for one year. No NMC classes are currently held on the campus.

The Greenspire School’s lease through 2030, and its tenant option to renew through 2035, are included in the purchase sale agreement. Learn more here.
