History

As a separate field of study within the humanities, history will prepare you to enter secondary education, journalism, the archival and museum professions, and a variety of public history positions upon completion of at least a bachelor’s degree.

It will also prepare you for entering professional and graduate schools in law and in fields that will enable graduates to teach and do research in institutions of higher learning.
