Student Groups

NMC Student Life will be hosting our Student Leadership Training on both Friday September 21st from 10am-12pm or Tuesday September 25th from 3pm-5pm. Both will be held in the Osterlin Library room 205.
 
During this training you will learn about fundraising, room reservations, student group roles & goals. 
 
Please choose one of these dates to learn more about how NMC & Student Life can help you create a successful year for your group. Once you attend this training, you become eligible to apply for Student Government Association funding for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Student Group Funding Opportunities

NMC's Student Government Association offers grants to current student group projects. We require written proposals to be submitted online, with a proposal presentation at one of the weekly SGA meetings to follow.

SGA accepts proposals for the fall semester between October 1–November 15 and for the spring semester between January 30–March 31.

Please submit all proposals by Wednesday at 5 p.m. on the week that you plan to present. We will email you with the time and location of your presentation or to coordinate any additional information.
