Experiential Learning = Y-O-U

Be involved with one of NMC’s most exciting courses! You can support students in NMC’s Professional Communications course, as they undertake the 9th annual Food for Thought Thanks-for-Giving project. You'll provide students with real world experience as they prepare letters and talking points to ask for support of the Food for Thought program. Through this program, students raise funds for Thanksgiving meal boxes that include a turkey and all the sides to feed a family of six. Working in cooperation with Big Brothers Big Sisters, this program provided holiday dinners for 134 families in 2021! Play an important role, mentoring students and providing feedback about their presentation and communication. Want to get involved? Send an email and tell us you’re interested!
