Apartment Rates

All housing rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

Rates include electricity, heat, water, internet, lawn care, trash and snow removal. Apartments are unfurnished and equipped with major kitchen appliances. Rent does not include telephone or cable.

A security deposit of between 1 and 1½ month of rent is required. Financial aid cannot be used for the security deposit. Financial aid can be used for rent after all other college charges have been paid.

  • One-bedroom apartment: $800 per month
  • Two-Bedroom apartment: $925 per month
