Mission Statement

NMC Motorsports is a dynamic student initiative at Northern Michigan College, propelling a self-sustaining, student-led business dedicated to the funding, organization, and marketing of an ambitious engineering race program. Leveraging expertise in trades and manufacturing technology, our mission is to design and construct an in-house vehicle, competing on a global stage with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Our journey is fueled by a commitment to innovation, hands-on learning and the exhilaration of international competition.
