Student Information Release Form (FERPA)

To authorize the release of your student information to a specific third party, please fill out the Student Information Release Form available in NMC Self-Service. To get there, go to my.nmc.edu, select Self Service Main Menu, then Student Records, then Student Information Release Form. You will receive a confirmation email when you submit the form and your authorized third party will receive an email as well.
